Pricing & Insurance
Therapy is a significant investment of your time and energy, but navigating the logistics shouldn’t be a headache. Here is a straightforward breakdown of my session rates, accepted insurance networks, and out-of-network options.
In-Network Insurance Plans
I am fully credentialed and in-network with the following healthcare networks. If you carry any of these plans, your sessions are covered based on your specific copay or deductible:
Note: It is always highly recommended to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card to verify your specific outpatient mental health benefits prior to our first appointment.
Out-of-Network & Superbills
If you carry an insurance plan not listed above, you may still be able to utilize your out-of-network benefits. Upon request, I can easily generate a monthly Superbill (a detailed, specialized medical receipt). You submit this document directly to your insurance company, and they may reimburse you for a percentage of the session cost depending on your out-of-network policy rules.
Private Pay Standard Rates
If you prefer not to use health insurance for privacy reasons, or if you are paying entirely out-of-pocket, my regular rates are as follows:
- Initial Intake Assessment (First Session) $250.00
- Standard Individual Therapy Session (50 Minutes) $185.00
Accepted Forms of Payment: All major credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, and Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are securely processed through your private client portal.
